GapSummit is an annual student-run, world-class biotechnology leadership summit with the core objectives of substantively discussing pressing challenges facing the bio-economy and catalyzing innovation to solve these challenges. As the only intergenerational conference of its kind, GapSummit competitively selects 100 Leaders of Tomorrow from around the world to attend, and recruits current leaders across the global biotech community to inspire the next generation.   • On Tuesday, June 18 we plan to host a working lunch with senior biotech leaders aimed at discussing strategies to help narrow the diversity leadership gap. The discussion will be inclusive of various sectors in the biotech industry, including healthcare, non-profit, academia, scientific publishing and consulting. Leaders of Tomorrow, together with the biotech leaders, will discuss ways that the next generation of leaders can globally contribute in addressing and solving this leadership gap.
