Chara is a PhD student in the Biological and Biomedical Sciences program at Harvard Medical School. She is a graduate student at the lab of Dr. David Ginty where she is studying the mechanisms involved in the development of the peripheral nervous system. Before studying at Harvard, she completed medical school in Greece and conducted research in neurodegenerative diseases as an Amgen Scholar at Cambridge University and at Columbia University. Chara was a Leader of Tomorrow at GapSummit 2016.
