Sean is a chemist and nanoscale materials scientist from New Zealand, and was a 2017 Leader of Tomorrow. He is currently an Advisor to Humble Bee, a NZ synthetic biology and materials creating bio-inspired sustainable polymers, and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Otago working on nanomaterials for neural interfacing and new treatments for disfiguring strawberry birthmarks in children.
